The units were exceptionally clean with a nice view. Secluded location just next door to a local shop, transport, and common areas, and bars and cafés are near the hotel. The accommodations were spotless and offered lovely views. the hotel's prime yet peaceful location is conveniently close to a variety of amenities such as local shops, public transportation, and lively bars and cafés.

Great pool, parking on-site.

Our stay was fabulous short, loved the best and satisfactory breakfasts.

Competent staff was available all the time.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, both in the restaurants and at reception. There were lots of coffee and hot waffles available at breakfast. - the location is absolutely perfect, just off the public areas and near the restaurant and bar.

Very comfortable hotel, good service, shuttle bus takes guests to the city center. Good service. Near the airport.

The hotel is far from the center, it take long to get there and taxis tend to be expensive in the evenings.

The hotel is great relaxing and gorgeous, nestled in an absolutely amazing building with garden views. The setting is excellent and unbeatable, just next door to the Meeting Point centre as well as a shop. Also, it's 2 km from Tanneries.

This place is wonderful and I highly recommend it to everyone, the rooms are beautiful and come with a comfortable double bed and a fridge.

Modern spotless room with 2 single beds. Magnificent location in the Meeting Point centre. Also - really close to Morocco and the wonderful city of Marrakesh as well as the restaurant or downstairs early hours of the morning😃

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The hotel is clean and modern, due to it's newness. Air Con was problematic, towels in short supply and staff were a little too familiar. The surrounding areas were no go areas so felt like we were in a compound.

The entrance road to this hotel was dangerous. No street lights, families living in shacks and very lonely. Not a place you want to come back to in the dark with small children. We were followed by two young morrocans on a moped who tried unsucessfully to rob us in the a taxi.

Our favorite small hotel with amazing staff; overall, had an awesome stay in either the new town or the old town.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating.

Being a new facility there were many minor issues that arose. A power outage, no AC, no internet access, and a team of trainees that hovered over you on an excessive basis. They were sweet but always lingering and at times inappropriate with their comments

They said online that they would take American Express and then refused it when we tried to pay. The staff member was extremely rude and not accommodating with the credit card. If they are unwilling to take an American Express they should not lie online and take our card number to hold our reservation . This is beyond unprofessional. The staff member even laughed at us for telling them this.

The place is spotless and the staff are on point, from the taxi drivers to the management. the room layout is great, everything seems brand-new, and they even provide fresh towels. the double bed is super comfy. I'd easily suggest this spot to others! 🌟

Very noisy, children and families everywhere. pool too crowded and loud music played all day. awful food in restaurant. no room service. not enough restaurant staff.

All new and clean; spacious nicely decorated room. Situated on the edge of Marrakech, this allows you to see more than just the central-town. The trip from the airport to the resort was mind-opening. The hotel minibus takes you to the medina nice and easy, whereas the driver Brahim was very nice and helpful all along. Mainly maroccoan guests during our stay.

A part of the staff still in the process of learning the principles of customer service. Situated on the outskirts so in late hours a taxi trip is necessary to get back to the resort. The noice from downstirs during the night was disturbing and it lasted until 1a.m. during our stay. Might have been a special occasion as there seemed to be a large group with special needs visiting.
